Who we are

M&A Food Catering is a sole trader based at 432A High Street North, Manor Park, London E12 6RH. We are responsible for the personal details you send us. Contact us at macatering91@gmail.com or on 07417 396827.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, and the details of your event. If you mention allergies or dietary needs, we use that only to plan safe food for your event.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and, if you book, to cater your event. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you. Where you tell us about allergies or health needs, we use that information with your consent, only to prepare your food safely.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is sent to our email inbox. To do that we use these service providers, who handle the data for us:

• Vercel, which hosts this website
• Resend, which delivers the enquiry email
• Google, which provides our email inbox

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, under safeguards approved by UK law. We never sell your details or use them for marketing.

How long we keep it

If you do not book, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you book, we keep the records we need for tax and accounting for 6 years.

This website does not use cookies or tracking.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or object to how we use them. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
